Part fish

We took our kids to the community pool last week and the twins got to see if they really know how to swim or if Beth's pool is cheating because they can touch the bottom. They also watched the bigger kids dive and decided they wanted to try it also.

Needless to say my heart was in my throat the whole time. Just look at how much smaller they are than the other kids.

They were so proud of themselves. Regan told me that it was "so deep. It scared me."

Favorite shot is of my new rose bush that I have had for 3 weeks now and still not planted. I love the weird color.

"4th of July Celebration"

We had so much fun on the 4th. We went to a party at some peoples house that we didn’t know but maybe 6 of the 50 people. Luckily I took Jessica so, of course, I had a blast. I took my camera, and after getting the guts to pull it out, actually got some good pictures and videos. Here is the view from the pool.

And since I just read that the best way to show how awesome a view is is to put something in the foreground….

Fireworks Prequel

Just a little prequel of more to come. We are going to a 4th party tomorrow evening that is supposed to have a lots of fireworks. Hopefully I'll get some good shots.
